Their Wagyu sires are from the famous Tajima bloodline of the Kuroge Washu breed - one of the most well renowned for producing the highest percentage of, and best quality marbling.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eICON cattle are raised and fed over 20-24 months. Throughout this time they graze and roam in open pastures, and feed on additional premium rations at their will. They are then transitioned and nurtured with a scientifically tailored feeding regime for the following 12 months.
