Tom started his career trading futures for a small company after gaining a First in Finance and Economics at Bournemouth University.

After three years he moved to the Oil markets and finally Investment Banking at JP Morgan before realising his true passion; to produce, source and deliver exceptional quality meat reared to the highest ethical standards.

At the forefront of the butchery is transparency, it is important to understand the whole journey from field to fork and we encourage curiosity, there is no wrong question! Happy to talk (for too long probably) and answer any query you have, Tom’s passion for what he does is unparalleled.
