Tom started his career trading futures for a small company after gaining a First in Finance and Economics at Bournemouth University.
After three years he moved to the Oil markets and finally Investment Banking at JP Morgan before realising his true passion; to produce, source and deliver exceptional quality meat reared to the highest ethical standards. Thomas Joseph was founded with one goal - to illustrate and educate the world on how the very best meat is produced while encouraging a discerning attitude towards the food we put into our bodies.
