TJB Exclusive, developed in unison with a collective of passionate wagyu farmers our Golden Herd Heritage Wagyu is the latest instalment to hit the British Isles. With a superior focus on ethics and quality above all else, this really is the crème de la crème of the Wagyu products that we sell and a cut above anything else. Better still, all of the Golden Herd wagyu that we sell is reared at home within the British Isles.

 

We’ve worked tirelessly with multiple farmers to produce a wagyu range that stands out as the very best in the market, in true TJB fashion. Residing on lush pastures, the Wagyu cattle are raised in an environment of rich natural pasture and peaceful surroundings with farmers that focus on a pasture-raised system while growing additional feed on the farm, reducing food miles considerably and producing cattle with the lowest emissions - this is wagyu beef but not like you have seen it before.

All cattle are hand selected at slaughter to ensure what we have is in the top 1% of what comes through the door, no less. It is our aim to supply wagyu cattle that at some point will be able to give the Japanese market a run for it’s money!
