Having recently started working with our friends over at London Smoke and Cure who embody our own ethos around ethical sources of meat and only producing the highest quality products, we are now able to offer you their range of produce at TJB, including their best-selling Sashimi Grade Smoked Salmon and Dry-Aged Bacon.
