BBQ — Paprika, Tomato Puree (56%), Sugar, White Grape Vinegar, Black Strap Molasses (1%), Salt, Citrus Fibre, Dried Onions, Smoked Paprika, Hickory Smoked Water (0.5%), Dried Garlic.
Chimichurri — Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar, Red Chilli, Salt, EV Olive Oil.
Garlic & Herb — Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Salt, EV Olive Oil.
Please Note: Depending on availability at the time we may send fresh or frozen Skewers. Both are made the exact same way — if sent frozen and slightly thawed on arrival they are perfectly safe, freeze immediately or defrost fully and use that day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cook the steak skewers?
Bring to room temperature for 20 minutes first. BBQ: cook over medium-high coals for 8–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes, until caramelised outside and cooked to your liking. Grill: medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes turning regularly. Oven: roast at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway. For rump we recommend medium-rare to medium — don't overcook. Rest for 3 minutes before serving. Excellent with flatbreads, chimichurri or a simple salad.
What cut are they made from?
Our steak skewers are made exclusively from grass-fed rump steak — diced into generous chunks in-house. Rump offers the ideal balance of tenderness and rich beefy flavour, and holds beautifully on the skewer over high heat.
Why might they arrive frozen?
Depending on availability we may send fresh or frozen skewers. Both are made the exact same way. If sent frozen, freeze on arrival or defrost fully and use the same day.
Where does the beef come from?
From native British cattle raised on small, independent UK farms — grass-fed, pasture-raised and dry-aged in-house at our Coxtie Green Farm facility in Brentwood, Essex.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
