Seasonal Organic Avocados | Creamy, Naturally Ripened & Ethically Sourced
Not all avocados are equal — and ours are considerably better than the hard, flavourless ones that fill supermarket shelves. Our Seasonal Organic Avocados are ethically sourced, grown without pesticides or herbicides and selected for flavour and ripeness. Creamy, buttery and naturally rich, they're everything an avocado should be — exceptional on toast with good sea salt and chilli flakes, blended into a fresh guacamole, sliced into a salad or eaten straight from the skin with a squeeze of lemon. Variety changes seasonally for the best available fruit.
Why You'll Love It
🥑 Creamy, Buttery & Naturally Rich – Selected for flavour and ripeness — not shelf life and uniformity.
🌿 Certified Organic & Ethically Sourced – Grown without pesticides or herbicides, sourced responsibly.
🍽️ Endlessly Versatile – On toast, in guacamole, in salads or eaten straight from the skin — one of nature's most satisfying foods.
A Cut Above the Rest
Avocado on toast is elevated considerably with a drizzle of our Kalamata PDO Olive Oil and a pinch of good sea salt. Also works brilliantly alongside our Free Range Chicken in salads and grain bowls.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know when an avocado is ripe?
Gently press the avocado near the stem end — it should yield slightly to gentle pressure without feeling mushy. If it's rock hard, it needs 1–2 more days at room temperature. If it gives a lot and feels soft all over, it's overripe. The skin colour is a guide on some varieties (darker = riper on Hass) but not reliable across all varieties. The stem test: if the small stem pops off easily and is green underneath, it's ripe. If it's brown, it may be overripe inside.
How do I ripen avocados quickly?
Place in a paper bag with a banana or apple — the ethylene gas these fruits produce accelerates ripening. Leave at room temperature, not in the fridge. Check daily. A hard avocado typically ripens within 1–2 days this way.
How do I stop cut avocado going brown?
The browning (oxidation) is slowed significantly by acid. Squeeze lemon or lime juice over the cut surface immediately. If storing half an avocado, leave the stone in the half you're keeping, press cling film directly onto the flesh (no air gaps) and refrigerate. Use within 24 hours for best results.
How do I make a simple guacamole?
Mash 2 ripe avocados with a fork — leave it slightly chunky. Add the juice of 1 lime, a pinch of sea salt, half a finely chopped red onion, a handful of chopped coriander and half a deseeded, finely chopped green chilli. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately — guacamole is always best fresh. A diced tomato (seeds removed) can be added if you prefer a more textured result.
