With no growth promoters and a truly free range environment, our turkey joints represent festive poultry at its very best.
After careful hand-finishing, each bird is dry plucked and game hung for up to 10 days to concentrate flavour and ensure a succulent, satisfying texture throughout. The bird is expertly filleted from the carcass by our expert butchers before the breast joint is rolled with the skin on and the turkey leg meat inside. This joint is easy to cook, carve and serve – with zero compromise on flavour.

Thomas Joseph Butchery Bronze Turkey Boned & Rolled Joints are individually boxed, hand finished and arrive with vacuum packed giblets (included in the weight), cooking instructions, a packet of fresh rosemary and a pop up timer.
All Turkeys are available for Christmas and Thanksgiving 2025 - PLEASE SELECT FROM THE AVAILABLE DATES DURING EACH PERIOD.
Any orders placed outside of these times we will do our best to accommodate.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
