Wagyu x Galician Burger
At TJB we source UK Wagyu directly from farms in Sussex and Yorkshire along with Wagyu from Japan, Australia and the USA.
We take the leftover trim from dry-ageing the prime cuts and combine that with the dry-aged steak trim we get from our Galician Beef, leaving us with an absolute belter of a burger and something that you won't have had elsewhere!
Locally we're told its the best burger around, and to be honest, we think it's the dog's doo daa's!

Sometimes due to availability we may send frozen burgers. These are perfectly safe to freeze down again even if slightly thawed on arrival or can be thawed and eaten within 24 hours.
