What breeds go into the Wagyu x Galician Burger?
Two of the most prized beef breeds in the world — UK Wagyu from our Golden Herd herd, and Galician Rubia Gallega beef from our Gran Reserva range. Both are used as dry-aged steak trim, meaning these burgers are made from the same exceptional beef as our premium steaks — just in a different form.
How big are the patties?
Each patty is 250g — significantly larger than a standard burger patty. You get 4 per pack, making them ideal for a proper BBQ feast or a serious burger night at home.
How do I cook them?
Bring to room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Cook on a very hot BBQ or cast iron pan — 4-5 minutes per side for medium on a 250g patty. Don't press down. Rest for 2 minutes before serving. The Wagyu fat content means these are incredibly self-basting — they need very little added fat.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
