These half-sized chipolatas are the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas roast, adding just the right amount of salty, savoury indulgence to every bite.
As we use no preservatives in our sausage-meat, we supply our pigs frozen to ensure freshness and quality. They may be slightly thawed on arrival but this is completely safe and can be put straight into the freezer or alternatively thawed out and used that day. Prepared in-house with care and attention to flavour, these are far from standard – they’re everything you've come to expect from Thomas Joseph Butchery.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
