Our sausages are made fresh daily and must be used within 2 days from being delivered or frozen. At Thomas Joseph we are trying to do things right - taking out the man-made preservatives that prolong shelf life and maintain pork's pink colour is just one of the ways that we are different from 99% of other sausage makers out there!
Just make sure to use them within two days or freeze them :).

Our sausages may be sent frozen due to availability and may be slightly thawed on arrival. As long as they are put straight into the freezer or thawed and eaten that day they will be absolutely fine.
