This aromatic white wine has aromas of lime zest and elderflower. Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, to retain the aromatic purity of this wine. Blending and clarification took place after six months on the lees in the tank.
Viticulture
Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent. Grapes are grown on chalk and clay soils.
