Dry-Aged Beef, Bone Marrow and Truffle Burgers 4 x 150g
Moving on from our infamous Dry-Aged Burger, we wanted to develop something that will knock your socks off - and this is just that!
We blend our normal Dry-Aged Burger mix with copious amounts of Bone Marrow and Truffle Butter, add some fresh organic thyme and parsley and form into what we think is probably the best beef burger in the UK!
Seasoned simply with Himalayan Salt and Cracked Black Pepper these are the most luxurious and flavoursome burger that we do.
Top Tip - do them in a cast iron pan to keep all of the dripping that comes out, pour it back on afterwards or coat your brioche bun in it, takes things to a whole new level!
Depending on availability we may send you frozen burgers, they may be slightly thawed on arrival which is absolutely fine - just put them straight into the freezer or thaw and enjoy that day.
