How do I cook pork belly strips?
Oven: season generously and roast at 200°C for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and caramelised. BBQ: cook over medium-high direct heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Glaze with BBQ sauce in the final few minutes. Alternatively, slow-cook at 150°C for 2 hours then blast at 220°C to caramelise.
What's the difference between belly strips and ribs?
Both come from similar areas of the pig. Pork ribs are cut from the ribcage and have less meat on the bone. Our belly strips are cut from the belly section with the rib bones attached — meatier, richer and more substantial. More eating per strip with the same great flavour.
Are they sold rind on or off?
Plain belly strips come rind on — perfect for getting crackling or simply rendering the fat during cooking. Our flavoured belly strips come rind off for easier eating and better marinade absorption.
Where does the pork come from?
From small, independent UK farms committed to free range rearing, regenerative land management and high animal welfare. Every pig is raised outdoors with space to roam and a natural diet.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
