What offal is in the mince?

Our offal mince contains a blend of beef kidney, liver and heart — mixed with dry-aged grass-fed beef in a 50:50 ratio. Each organ contributes something different: liver adds iron-rich intensity, kidney brings a deeper mineral flavour, and heart adds lean protein and a meaty texture. Combined with aged beef, it's a remarkably balanced blend.

What ratio of beef to offal?

50:50 — half dry-aged grass-fed beef mince, half premium beef offal (kidney, liver and heart). This ratio gives you the nutritional benefits of offal without it dominating the flavour, making it ideal for mixing into everyday dishes without anyone noticing.

How do I use offal mince?

Use it exactly as you would standard beef mince — Bolognese, cottage pie, chilli, meatballs, burgers. The offal adds depth rather than a strong organ flavour, especially when mixed with tomatoes, onions and herbs. Many customers mix it 50:50 with our standard beef mince for an even subtler offal presence while still getting the nutritional benefits.

Where does the beef come from?

From native grass-fed British cattle raised on small, independent UK farms committed to regenerative farming. The offal comes from the same animals as our steaks and roasting joints — a true nose-to-tail approach.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
