A family favourite at any time of the year, our skilled butchers mince down the finest dry aged beef and beef offal from nose to tail to provide you with a mince of real distinction. Superbly flavoursome with rich, beefy notes, our mince is roughly 10% fat and due to the dry-ageing process contains no residual water or blood plasma commonly found in the majority of other minced beef.

We only use the finest cuts from our Grass Fed beef range in a 50:50 ratio with Beef Kidney, Liver and Heart. Its a super powerful nutrient dense mince that will nourish you and provide a fantastic way to get offal into your diet - it tastes fantastic too.
We make the Offal mince in batches and freeze down, depending on which day you order we will either send fresh or frozen. If slightly thawed on arrival simply put straight into your freezer or thaw out fully and enjoy that day.
