Made using only the finest grass fed, pasture-raised forequarter cuts from British farms, our Grass Fed Free Range Corned Beef is in a different league to the tinned alternative. Slow-cured and cooked until tender, it has a rich, savoury depth of flavour and a yielding, sliceable texture that makes it genuinely worth eating on its own — with mustard and a good pickle, it's superb. Made from beef raised properly, cured the old-fashioned way.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from tinned corned beef?
Tinned corned beef is finely minced, heavily processed and pressed into a block — it has its nostalgic fans but bears little resemblance to properly made corned beef. Ours is made from whole grass fed forequarter cuts, slow-cured and cooked until tender, then sliced. It has genuine texture, real beef flavour and a depth that tinned corned beef simply can't replicate.
How should I serve it?
On its own, sliced thickly with yellow mustard and good pickles — it's really that good. In sandwiches on good bread with mustard, gherkins and shallots. Diced and pan-fried into a corned beef hash with potatoes, onion and fried eggs. Cold in a picnic basket alongside good cheese and chutney. Essentially anywhere you want a deeply savoury, well-cured beef.
What cut of beef is used?
Forequarter cuts — brisket and similar muscles from the front of the animal. These are hardworking muscles with good amounts of connective tissue that break down beautifully during the slow curing and cooking process, producing a tender, flavourful result with natural gelatin that keeps the meat moist and gives it structure for slicing.
How long will it keep?
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3–5 days of opening. Check the use-by date on the pack. Vacuum-packed, it will keep well until the seal is broken.
