Who makes Hawkstone Lager?
Hawkstone is brewed in the Cotswolds using home-grown barley and natural spring water. The brand was co-founded by Jeremy Clarkson and is produced at Clarkson's farm in Chipping Norton — the same farm featured in the Amazon Prime series. The barley is grown and malted on site, giving the lager a genuine provenance and a clean, full flavour.
What does it taste like?
Clean, crisp and refreshing with a smooth finish. It's a classic premium lager style — golden in colour with a subtle malt character and just enough bitterness to keep it balanced. Not too hoppy, not too sweet — exactly what a good lager should be.
What food does it pair with?
