Depending on the day you order they may arrive fresh or frozen. If frozen, refrigerate on arrival or defrost fully and use the same day. If slightly thawed, they are still perfectly safe to freeze immediately.

Which pack should I choose?
Pack 1 is the straightforward option — burgers, sausages and lamb. Pack 2 introduces Wagyu x Galician burgers and belly strips for a more premium spread. Pack 3 is all about the Wagyu burger and lamb — great for a crowd that wants something special. Pack 4 is the most varied — O.G. burgers, pork sausages, belly strips and minted lamb kebabs — ideal if you want maximum variety on the grill.
Will the products arrive fresh or frozen?
As we use zero artificial preservatives, burgers and sausages are made fresh and frozen within 24 hours to maintain quality and shelf life. Depending on the day you order they may arrive fresh or frozen. If frozen, refrigerate on arrival or defrost fully and use the same day. If slightly thawed, they are still perfectly safe to freeze immediately.
How do I cook the burgers on a BBQ?
Cook from fully defrosted. Grill over medium-high direct heat for 4–5 minutes each side until cooked through with no pink remaining (internal temp 75°C). Don't press the burgers down — you'll lose the juices. Rest for 2 minutes before serving. For the Wagyu x Galician burgers especially, let the fat do the work — they'll self-baste on the grill.
Can I freeze what I don't use?
Yes — freeze any products you won't use within 24 hours of delivery (if they arrive fresh) or immediately on arrival (if frozen). Use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight before cooking.

Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
