Simply made with the finest ingredients, our TJ's (as they are known in the shop) combine wonderful Free Range Pork with Sage and Nutmeg to provide a sausage that is similar in flavour to sausage-meat stuffing - an out and out winner.

Sausages are made fresh daily and must be used within 2 days from being delivered or frozen. At Thomas Joseph we are trying to do things right - taking out the man-made preservatives that prolong shelf life and maintain pork's pink colour is just one of the ways that we are different from 99% of other sausage makers out there! Just make sure to use them within two days or freeze them :).
Ingredients:
- Free Range Pork (88%)
- Pea Flake Rusk
- Water
- Himalayan Salt
- Organic Pepper
- Organic Sage
- Organic Nutmeg
While these are gluten free, they are made in an environment that uses gluten in other recipes. We do our utmost to ensure that these are made before other products containing gluten but due to the nature of other products being made in the same environment we cannot guarantee that there will not be trace elements of gluten in them.
As we use ZERO ARTIFICAL PRESERVATIVES in any of our products, we make burgers and sausages up fresh and freeze within 24 hours to maintain their quality and shelf life.
Depending on the day you order we may send fresh or frozen, if frozen we will pack with more ICE and these will need to be refrigerated upon arrival or thawed and used that day. If slightly thawed these are still perfectly safe to freeze down, simply do it ASAP.
We think that having a frozen patty or banger is better than putting artificial products (that aren't fit for anything, let alone human consumption) into your produce - we hope you also feel the same way.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
