Our dry aged burgers have taken on a bit of a cult following since their introduction, many claiming that these are the best BBQ burgers they have ever had. Who are we to disagree?
These are our O.G.'s - they're 100g's bigger and only single minced, giving a more course texture with bundles of flavour. Think about our Dry-Aged Burgers, but on steroids!
Our butchers mince the finest forequarter cuts to make a burger that really is a cut above the rest. Combining chuck, brisket and short rib along with the wonderful dry-aged edges found on all of our steaks, we have made a burger that will be sure to bring a smile to the whole table, come rain or shine.
All we add is Himalayan Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, we add no preservatives to the mix and it is completely gluten free. It's pretty much as good as burger mince gets.

As we use ZERO ARTIFICAL PRESERVATIVES in any of our products, we make Burgers and sausages up fresh and freeze within 24 hours to maintain their quality and shelf life.
Depending on the day you order we may send fresh or frozen, if frozen we will pack with more ICE and these will need to be refrigerated upon arrival or thawed and used that day. If slightly thawed these are still perfectly safe to freeze down, simply do it ASAP.
We think that having a frozen patty or banger is better than putting artificial products (that aren't fit for anything, let alone human consumption) into your produce - we hope you also feel the same way.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
