What makes these bone-in steaks special?
The bone acts as a natural heat conductor during cooking and adds significant flavour — marrow and connective tissue around the bone release into the meat as it cooks, enriching the flavour from within. Bone-in steaks also retain their shape better during cooking and make for a far more impressive presentation at the table. Combined with 32 days of in-house dry-ageing, the result is a steak with extraordinary depth and character.
Why are they dry-aged for 32 days?
32 days is our minimum standard for bone-in cuts — enough time for the natural enzymes to significantly tenderise the muscle and for the moisture loss to concentrate the beef's flavour. The result is a noticeably more tender, more flavoursome steak than anything fresh or wet-aged. Our dry-ageing chambers are lined with Himalayan salt and maintained at 0–3°C — conditions we've specifically engineered for consistent, high-quality results.
How many people does the box serve?
Each steak is approximately 1kg — enough to serve 2 people generously as a main course. With three steaks the box serves 6 people, or provides a serious steak enthusiast with three outstanding meals. It's ideal for a dinner party, a family celebration or simply stocking up.
How do I store the steaks on arrival?
Vacuum-packed steaks will keep in the fridge for 5–7 days from delivery. All three steaks can be frozen on arrival and used within 3 months — defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking. Never defrost at room temperature.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
