How do I cook free range chicken breasts?

Bring to room temperature for 20 minutes. Season with sea salt. For pan-frying: cook in a hot pan with a little butter or olive oil — 4–5 minutes per side over medium heat. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. For oven roasting: 200°C for 20–25 minutes depending on size. Always check 75°C internal. The quality of a slow-grown free range breast means it stays noticeably juicier than a standard breast.

What's the difference between fresh and frozen?

Fresh breasts are delivered chilled and ready to cook — best used within 2–3 days. Frozen are identical in quality and provenance — frozen within 24 hours of processing. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking. The frozen option is ideal if you're buying in bulk or planning ahead.

What sizes are available?

We offer 500g diced, 600g (2 breasts), 1kg (3–4 breasts) and 2.5kg options in both fresh and frozen. The diced option is perfect for stir-fries, curries and skewers — already cut and ready to cook.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
