How do I cook boneless skin-on chicken thighs?

The key is to render the skin first. Place skin-side down in a cold pan, then bring up to medium heat. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the skin is deeply golden and crisp. Flip and cook for a further 6–8 minutes until 75°C internal. Alternatively, roast skin-side up at 200°C for 25–30 minutes. For BBQ: skin-side down over medium coals for 10–12 minutes, then flip for 8 minutes. Rest for 4 minutes.

Can I use these for a stir-fry?

Yes — slice thinly against the grain and cook over very high heat for 2–3 minutes. The skin can be left on for added texture or removed. The quality of the slow-grown free range thigh means even sliced thin, the flavour is significantly better than standard chicken.

What sizes are available?

Available in 500g and 1kg packs. The 500g pack is ideal for 2 people, the 1kg for 3–4 people or batch cooking and freezing.

From one of our trusted partner farms, where birds are slow-grown outdoors on pasture and fed a natural, forage-rich diet.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
