Our lamb cutlets are always taken from 100% Grass Fed, Free Range that is dry-aged by our expert team in house. Our butcher's carefully trim them to remove any bone from around the meat, leaving you with succulent, irresistibly tender meat and absolutely no fuss.
All of our Free Range Lamb is sourced locally from the Salt Marshes near Abingdon Reservoir and from other small farms in the UK (including our own) that understand our ethos of Ethics and Quality above everything else. These farms that align with our values and work with nature to produce the very highest quality meat and pave the way for sustainability with regenerative practices.
