Our Iberico Tomahawks are cut from the prime region on the pig then expertly French-trimmed to provide you with the very best piece of Iberico Pork Steak you can find anywhere!

The tomahawks are suited to any style of cooking, but cooked quickly over coals after being brought to room temp. is how we love to cook them. Something that every meat lover should try.

Sold as a 1kg pack, approximately 4/5 steaks. Due to seasonal trends your Iberico Tomahawks may come with a longer or shorter bone, you will always receive 1kg of total weight.

On occasion, due to factors out of our control concerning the consistency of supply from Spain, Iberico pork may be sent to us frozen, we therefore do not recommend refreezing.

Sometimes we may send frozen stock to you, this will need to be refrigerated/frozen upon arrival or thawed and used that day. If slightly thawed these are still perfectly safe to freeze down, simply do it ASAP.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
