Known across the world as the tastiest pork there is, our Iberico Pork is no stranger to flavour.
The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do, cooked quickly over coals or in a pan up to a well rested medium - we are certain that this is something every meat lover will truly adore.

On occasion, due to factors out of our control concerning the consistency of supply from Spain, Iberico pork may be sent to us frozen, we therefore do not recommend refreezing.
Sometimes we may send frozen stock to you, this will need to be refrigerated/frozen upon arrival or thawed and used that day. If slightly thawed these are still perfectly safe to freeze down, simply do it ASAP.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
