Seasonal Organic Apples | Crisp, Juicy & Naturally Grown
Crisp, juicy and genuinely sweet — our Seasonal Organic Apples are selected from trusted organic suppliers for flavour and freshness, with variety rotating through the seasons to ensure you always get the best available fruit. Grown without pesticides or herbicides, they have a clean, natural flavour that supermarket apples — waxed, stored for months and bred for appearance — simply can't match. Outstanding eaten fresh, excellent in cooking and exceptional juiced.
Why You'll Love It

Frequently Asked Questions
Which variety will I receive?
The variety rotates seasonally — we always source whichever organic apple is at its peak at any given time of year. British varieties dominate in autumn and winter (Cox, Bramley, Russet, Egremont); European varieties supplement in spring and summer. Whatever the variety, it'll be selected for flavour and freshness rather than uniformity.
What's the best way to use cooking apples?
Bramleys and other cooking varieties are tart, fluffy and break down quickly with heat — ideal for apple sauce, crumbles, pies and tarts. For an apple sauce to serve with pork: peel, core and slice, cook in a pan with a splash of water, a knob of butter and a pinch of sugar over medium heat until completely soft (10–15 minutes), then beat smooth. Season with a squeeze of lemon juice.
How do I stop cut apples going brown?
Toss immediately in lemon or lime juice — the acid inhibits the oxidation reaction that causes browning. For a fruit salad, use orange juice for a complementary flavour. If storing cut apple in the fridge, press cling film directly onto the cut surface to minimise air contact.
How should I store them?
Most apples keep well at room temperature for 1–2 weeks. For longer storage, refrigerate in the salad drawer where they'll keep for several weeks. Keep away from strong-smelling foods as apples absorb odours. Don't store near vegetables as the ethylene gas apples produce can accelerate their deterioration.
