Organic Carrots | Fresh from Norfolk, Vibrant & Full of Flavour
Grown organically in Norfolk's fertile soil, our Organic Norfolk Carrots taste how carrots should taste — vibrant, crunchy, naturally sweet and full of flavour. Not the uniform, flavourless sticks from a supermarket bag. These are real carrots, grown slowly without pesticides or herbicides, in natural shapes and sizes. Outstanding roasted with butter and sea salt, superb in soups and stews, and excellent raw with a good dip.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the best way to roast carrots?
Peel and halve lengthways (or cut into thick batons). Toss in olive oil or melted butter, season with sea salt and roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until tender and caramelised at the edges. In the last 5 minutes, add a drizzle of honey and a knob of butter for a beautiful glaze. Fresh thyme or rosemary works brilliantly alongside.
Why do they come in different shapes and sizes?
Because they're genuinely organic. Commercially grown carrots are graded and selected for uniform appearance — anything forked, curved or oddly sized is discarded. Organic carrots grow naturally, which means they come in all shapes and sizes. This has absolutely no effect on their flavour — if anything, it's an indicator of proper farming.
Can I use them for juicing?
Yes — organic carrots are outstanding for juicing. Their natural sweetness and depth of flavour makes for a far better juice than supermarket alternatives. Combine with ginger, apple and a squeeze of lemon for a classic combination.
How should I store them?
Refrigerate in the salad drawer or a cool, dark place. They'll keep well for 1–2 weeks. If the tops are attached, remove them before storing as they draw moisture from the carrot. Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits like apples, which can cause bitterness.
