We use zero artificial preservatives at TJB. Burgers are made fresh and frozen within 24 hours to maintain quality and shelf life. Depending on the day you order they may arrive fresh or frozen. If frozen, refrigerate on arrival or defrost fully and use the same day. If slightly thawed, they are still perfectly safe to freeze immediately.

What's the difference between the four burgers?
The Dry-Aged Burger is the classic TJB burger — made from dry-aged grass-fed beef for exceptional depth of flavour. The O.G. is the original recipe — bold, beefy and straightforward. The Wagyu x Galician blend brings extraordinary marbling and a richer, more complex flavour profile. The Bone Marrow & Black Truffle burger is the most indulgent — the marrow enriches the patty from within and the truffle adds an earthy luxury that sets it apart from anything else on the market.
How many burgers are in each pack?
Each pack contains 4 burgers. The full taster box therefore contains 16 burgers across all four varieties — plenty for a family BBQ or a series of weeknight dinners to find your favourite.
Will they arrive fresh or frozen?
As we use zero artificial preservatives, burgers are made fresh and frozen within 24 hours to maintain quality and shelf life. Depending on the day you order they may arrive fresh or frozen. If frozen, refrigerate on arrival or defrost fully and use the same day. If slightly thawed, they are still perfectly safe to freeze immediately.
How do I cook them?
Cook from fully defrosted. Pan-fry in a hot cast iron pan or griddle for 4–5 minutes each side, or grill over medium-high heat on the BBQ. Don't press down — you'll lose the fat and juices that make these burgers exceptional. Cook until no pink remains (internal temp 75°C). Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
