      In 2020 we started a movement to provide the best dry-aged beef selection in the UK. Giving you as much detail as possible so you can see exactly what you are buying. Our butchers hand select and age produce each week, exclusively for this page. Sadly that means the stock is very limited but if you manage to grab something, it will be awesome! You'll spot recent sold-out editions here too — rest assured the rest of the site is fully stocked!
