Mesmerising 12 Year Old Belted Galloway Beast, Aged 45 Days
100% Grass fed "Wild Cow" from Suffolk this week, this is as good as it gets!!! This older cow was just over 12 years old when slaughtered and during that time built up an incredible yellow fat coverage/marbling throughout.
Reared on pasture it's entire life on a conservation grazing scheme, this beef is an incredible example of grass fed farming at it's very best - grass fed and finished, sustainably sourced and picture perfect! Aged for 45 days, this is the best of the best UK native breed beef! Expect a robust depth of flavour from this superb breed and a wonderful texture from our in-house ageing.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
