What fat percentage should I choose?
For burgers and meatballs, choose the 25% fat — the higher fat content keeps them juicy during cooking and gives a richer flavour. For Bolognese, cottage pie or dishes where you're draining fat during cooking, the 10% is the better choice — leaner but still deeply flavoursome thanks to the dry-ageing process.
What is dry-aged beef mince?
Our mince is made from beef that has been dry-aged on the bone before mincing. During dry-ageing, moisture evaporates and concentrates the flavour — so when the beef is minced, every gram is packed with more intensity than standard fresh mince. It also contains no residual water or blood plasma, which means it browns better in the pan and holds together well.
What can I use beef mince for?
Bolognese, cottage pie, chilli, meatballs, burgers, lasagne, tacos, stuffed peppers — our beef mince works beautifully in any dish. The dry-aged depth of flavour means you can use less meat and still achieve a rich result. The 25% fat version is particularly good for burgers and meatballs; the 10% for sauces and dishes where you want a leaner result.

From native grass-fed British cattle raised on small, independent UK farms committed to regenerative farming. Selected for flavour, not fast growth.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
