What makes The O.G. different from the classic burger?
Two things: size and grind. The O.G. is 250g vs 150g for our classic burger — 100g bigger and designed for serious appetites. It's also single-minced rather than double-minced, giving a coarser, chunkier texture that holds more juice and delivers a bolder bite. Same exceptional beef, bigger experience.
What's in The O.G. burger?
A premium blend of chuck, brisket and short rib, plus the dry-aged edges from our steaks — seasoned simply with Himalayan salt and cracked black pepper. No fillers, no binders, no artificial preservatives. Just exceptional grass-fed beef, coarsely ground for maximum texture and flavour.
How do I cook The O.G. burger?
Bring to room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Cook on a very hot BBQ or griddle pan — 4-5 minutes per side for medium on a 250g patty. Don't press it down. Rest for 2 minutes before serving. The larger size means it needs slightly longer than our classic burger — use a thermometer if unsure: 60°C internal for medium.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
