Our favourite roasting joint and a true masterpiece. Sensational rib meat, lovely marbling and on the bone for extra flavour. All that's required now are some roasties and the rest of the trimmings! Don’t forget, the best roasties are made from stable grass fed fats, ones found in our awesome grass fed dripping.
Supplied with the dark dry-aged side taken off, if you'd like it left on, please let us know. We cook with it on but that's just personal preference!
