An absolutely stunning 6 year old Organic Belted Galloway with incredible yellow fat and some beautiful marbling throughout - the herd have been pasture fed on grass their entire lives on a rotational grazing scheme, super beef!
Aged for 90 days, the meat has a superb flavour profile as it is around three times the age of standard UK beef producing a rich flavour and texture profile. This style of rearing cattle is as ethical and sustainable as can be, superb.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
