Dry-Aged Beef Marrow Bone - Split
Unbelievably delicious, simply roasted and seasoned with salt - nothing quite says carnivore like beef marrow bones. Here we split the marrow bones down the middle, allowing you to simply roast and remove the marrow. The bones themselves can be used to make a beautiful broth, alternatively combine the bones and marrow with some chopped red onion and beef stock to make a serious beef and onion gravy.
