Another steak taken from the Prime Section of the beast, Our Toma-Chop comprises a thick cut ribeye attached to one of the rib bones, for extra flavour and of course, ease of turning on the BBQ. Unlike our Tomahawk, we leave the bone untrimmed, providing the tastiest rib meat and layer of fat that caramelises upon cooking and provides the true "Cave-Man" experience for all guests.
The steak will comfortably feed 3-4 at the dinner table and is without question a beast
Dry-Aged for a minimum of 32 Days and expertly cut in house by one of our dedicated Butchers, this is the biggest steaks that we do and is sure to impress. We do offer further aged Toma-Chops, simply select your preference at checkout.
