Herb Fed Bronze Turkeys are the perfect Christmas bird.
The Turkeys roam freely and enjoy foraging in their paddock while feeding on the freshly cut herbs that supplement their diet. Like the Herb Fed chickens, these herbs impart a distinctive flavour producing a bird that is a cut above the rest. The birds are 100% free range, of the highest quality and ethically raised to perfection, we think this might be why they have won numerous awards!

The birds are dry plucked to give the finest finish and then Game Hung up to 10 days to provide fuller flavoured, superbly textured meat.
Herb Fed Bronze Turkey Crowns have their legs and wings removed to give you a joint of white breast meat on the bone. These are quicker to cook and easy to carve. You can sit the crown on a bed of stuffing or push flavoured butter under the skin. Alternatively cover the crown in strips of bacon or herbs and butter before cooking. Weigh it with any stuffing before calculating cooking times.
Herb Fed Bronze Turkey Crowns are individually boxed and arrive with vacuum packed giblets (included in weight), cooking instructions, a packet of fresh Christmas herbs and a recipe for the ‘Perfect Christmas stuffing’.
Our serving recommendations leave you with some left over for those wanting more (everyone at our household).
All Turkeys are available for Christmas and Thanksgiving 2023. Any orders placed outside of these times we will do our best to accommodate.
Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
