Herb Fed Bronze Turkeys roam freely and enjoy foraging in their paddock while feeding on the freshly cut herbs that supplement their diet. Like the Herb fed chickens, these herbs impart a distinctive flavour producing a bird that is a cut above the rest. The birds are 100% free range, of the highest quality and ethically raised to perfection, we think this might be why they won the Great Taste Gold award this year!
The birds are dry plucked to give the finest finish and hang for a minimum of 10 days to provide a fuller flavoured, firmer textured meat.
Herb Fed bronze turkeys are individually boxed, hand finished and arrive with vacuum packed giblets (included in weight), a packet of fresh herbs, cooking instructions and a recipe for the ‘Perfect Christmas stuffing’.
