An incredible piece of stock cherry picked out of the IBAI restaurant beef in London, this 14 year old Galician Ox is a MEGA BEAST! The most marbled Ox we have had the pleasure of bringing through the doors at TJB, the meat itself cut like pure butter!

This is PROPER PROPER BEEF! Raised in Galicia on pasture alone, eating lots and lots of grass and home made silage, a thing of beauty! The beast in question was 14 years old when slaughtered so expect mega flavour and super texture after being aged for 100 days!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
