100 Day Dry-Aged Hereford Cross
Aged longer than anything else we have released so far, this 100% Grass Fed, Hereford x from our friends in Ayrshire is a winner. A stunning piece with marbling dotted throughout and a super soft buttery texture, this rib and loin has aged perfectly (as can be seen from the pics!).
This piece was selected by the team at 45 days for our Bespoke Edition as it just looked great! Not super heavy marbling but a lovely yellow fat cover and beautiful eye. Kill date of 03.02.21 so as this is released it will just cross the 100 day mark.
