Superb British Shorthorn, Aged 35 Days
An incredible British Shorthorn Cross from the midlands this week. This beast has glowing yellow fat (as can be seen from the pics), unbelievable marbling throughout and has aged wonderfully. If you are into your native breeds then this one is for you!
Reared on pasture throughout it's life, this beef is exactly the kind of farming and animal husbandry that we champion here at TJB. Fully grass fed, sustainably sourced and ethically raised, this is a cut above the rest!
Aged for 35 days - this body is primed and ready to go. One of our favourite breeds, Shorthorn beef oozes flavour with a subtle, tender texture. After 35 days in our cold stores you should expect a wonderful depth of beefy flavour!
Suitable to any style of steak cooking you can think of, our suggestion would be to use a charcoal grill to caramelise and char the wonderful grass fed fat, enjoy!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
