Gorgeous Fullblood Wagyu from Mount Grace, Aged 35 Days

Reared by Charles Ashbridge on Mount Grace Farm in Thirsk, these Fullblood Wagyu cattle are nothing short of phenomenal. Reared on pasture for the majority of their lives before being finishing on feed that is produced on the land, the herd lives a stress free life, producing outstanding meat.

Fullblood Wagyu beef in the UK is extremely rare as the majority are F1, F2 and F3 hybrids, meaning that the "wagyu" gene only accounts for in most cases less than a half of the beast. This beast is an utterly superb example of what can be done in the UK when sustainable farming practices meat gastronomic ingredient perfection

Aged for 35 days looked perfect to us with enough age to draw out any residual moisture but not too much to introduce any ulterior beef characteristics - this will be  AWESOME!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
