Angus body in from Ireland with incredible yellow fat and marbling running throughout - an epic piece. Aged for 35 Days in house in our bespoke ageing facilities, this looks the dream. Spoiler alert - one Prime Rib has already gone (in my bag)

Just like our own farm, the cattle from Ireland are all completely pasture raised their entire lives and only fed a natural diet that is made up of grass, haylage and silage produced on the farm - evident in the glorious fat colour.
