Phenomenal Jersey Cross and Hereford Cross Beasts, Aged 35 Days
This week it's Tom's birthday so he's personally selected the two very best pieces from the untold amount of beef ageing away here at TJB HQ, ENJOY!
One superb jersey steer with awesome yellow fat from Suffolk and the other a Hereford Cross from Ayrshire, again with cracking yellow fat and marbling running throughout - these two sets really do look incredible.
Even though from different farms, both of these beasts were incredibly similar in appearance and texture - the fat cover melting under the touch like for like, a tried and true indication of some epic beef.
As you can see these two beasts are glowing yellow denoting being on pasture and fed grass their entire lives, these two couldn't be more up our street!

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
