One of the rarest pieces of meat to come out of Finland (and to TJB, the first piece ever!), the "Saiko" Range from the Sashi brand is known as the very best meat that they produce and is usually reserved for only top restaurants throughout Europe. Aged 35 Days, this piece looks absolutely breath-taking.
The Finnish Ayrshire Beef is known throughout the world as some of the best. Having won Gold in the Best Grass Fed Steak Category at the Great Steak Challenge Awards twice, it is clear that this is truly special beef!
