Stunning British Shorthorn Cross Beast, Aged 40 Days

Another awesome homegrown British Shorthorn Cross from Ayrshire this week. This beast has glowing yellow fat (as can be seen from the pics), consistent marbling throughout and perfect age on it. If you are into your native breeds then this one is for you!

Reared on pasture throughout it's life, this beef is exactly the kind of farming and animal husbandry that we champion here at TJB. Fully grass fed, sustainably sourced and ethically raised, this is a cut above the rest!

Aged for 40 days, we think this body is primed and ready to go. One of our favourite breeds, Shorthorn beef oozes flavour with a subtle, tender texture and after 40 days in our cold stores you should expect a serious depth of beefy goodness!

Suitable to any style of steak cooking you can think of, our suggestion would be to use a charcoal grill to caramelise and char the wonderful grass fed fat, enjoy!

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
