Reared by Sam Frost, this is our second instalment of his incredible Norfolk Wagyu and another exclusive for us - this beast is nothing short of A-MAZING. Having spent it's entire life on pasture the beast has incredible yellow fat and MEGA marbling throughout....Another contender for BESPOKE OF THE YEAR!
Aged 40 days, I think we can all agree, this looks 11/10! Somewhere between 30 and 50 days is a real sweet spot for these UK Wagyu cattle and we are confident that this will be a standout edition. As we have the whole beast, do take a look at some of the other secondary cuts as these are superb value and incredible finds!

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
