Mega Polish Frisona, Aged for 40 Days 

A breath-taking body, hand selected this week from our friends on the continent this Polish Frisona has marbling levels to rival the best wagyu we do!

Raised in Poland and reared on pasture, this 8 year old Frisona cow has been retired outside and allowed time to rest before making her way here. The Ex Dairy cattle lay down fat slowly over this period and subsequently developed superb marbling, this is sure to be one of the best steaks available this week!

Aged for 40 days in house, this beef will have some serious flavour! Expect the normal standout beefiness from a fine dairy cow and of course, wonderful texture from our i-house ageing process.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
